ELECTA® glass ceramic Control Panels

The glass ceramic Control Panels are components used for control interfaces in several appliances.

This family of products includes small components used for:

• control panels with capacitive touch controls
• control panels with knob controls
• lids for integrated hoods

All these elements require complex and very high precision machine work, due to their small sizes and high aesthetic quality.

To fulfill the function, ILVA Glass ELECTA® glass ceramic has chemical, physical and electrical characteristics specially optimized for the passage of infrared and light for an excellent visibility and definition of symbols and numbers.

ELECTA® glass ceramic has a particularly hard composition in order to avoid scratching (for example, by friction of the pots on the surface), while its high resistance to chemical agents allows the use of normal detergents.

The identification of the cooking zones and controls is achieved through one or more graphics with various colors. The graphics are permanent over time and resistant to stains, being made with enamels whose duration is guaranteed and not subject to wear due to abrasion or chemical agents, typical of the kitchen.
