The quality we pursue in ILVA Glass is a concrete, everyday quality that passes through the details.
Each production process is continuously monitored to identify margins for improvement and optimization and ensure the correspondence of the product quality with the technical specifications required by the customers.
ELECTA glass ceramic hobs, borosilicate oven doors and all the other product ranges are subjected to random stress tests to accurately measure their behavior in terms of mechanical, thermal, chemical, resistance to scratches and wear.
Specific software applications developed internally by ILVA Glass ensure the monitoring of every single step of the production process, while a capillary data collection and analysis system measures production performance and guarantees the very high quality standards of the finished products.
The collection of quality and process data for each single production reference allows the development of new ideas for improvement, translating into technical know-how, made constantly available to the customer and their research and development staff.
The achievement of excellence and customer satisfaction are the result of the continuous search for improvement and involves the selection of materials, the training of human resources, the level of service up to the involvement of the customer in the training and co-design processes.
All this contributes to what ILVA Glass calls “Total Quality”.
